One reset per question bank. It clears your answers, scores, test history, flagged questions and highlights for that bank only; your notebook, flashcards and account settings are untouched.
When you delete a test, the questions in that block will undergo a status update based on their history:
To reset your password, go to the Sign in page and click “Reset it”. Enter your email address, and you will receive an OTP by email. Once you enter the OTP, you can set your new password. If you do not receive the email, please contact our support team.
It covers the exam you subscribed to and every question bank inside it. Other exams can be added to the same account from My Exams.
Question access stops, but your notebook, flashcards and score history stay on your account and return if you renew.
Your latest attempt at a question is the one that counts, so Analytics and Exam Readiness always reflect your most recent answer.
Each bank is reviewed on an ongoing basis: new questions are added regularly and explanations are revised as clinical guidelines change.
No. A connection is required so answers, notes and highlights are saved as you work.
Open Create test, choose your topics and question count, then select tutor mode for instant explanations or timed mode for exam pace. You can also limit the test to unused, incorrect or flagged questions.
Every question is linked to its Textbook topic. In a session, the Textbook card under the explanation opens that chapter with its links, media and diagrams, and marking it as read, bookmarking it or highlighting a passage there is shared with the Textbook page.
Select any text in the question and a small toolbar appears: pick a highlight colour, add the selection to your notebook, or turn it into a flashcard. Flag sits above the question (or press F) and marks it for review, and the Marker button in the side toolbar manages your highlights.
In a question’s explanation, send the text you want to keep to your notebook. Notes are filed by topic and can be edited anytime or turned into flashcards.
My Decks holds cards you write; Ready Decks are ours, mapped to the same topics as the question bank. Both use spaced repetition, so missed cards return sooner.
Analytics shows accuracy by topic and over time, and each bank dashboard highlights your strongest and weakest areas.
Past Papers holds real previous exams with full reviews. Exam Readiness combines your accuracy, coverage and pace into an estimate of how prepared you are.
Use the toggle in the top bar. Your choice is remembered across every page, including test sessions.
