When a Royal Preps subscription can be refunded, what falls outside the policy, and how to make a request.
This policy explains when a Royal Preps subscription can be refunded and how to request one. It sits alongside our terms and conditions and does not affect your statutory rights.
Because access to the full question bank is granted the moment a subscription starts, refunds are limited to the circumstances set out below.
Every exam bank includes a seven-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial and it ends automatically unless you choose to subscribe, so there is nothing to refund. We recommend using it to confirm the bank suits you before purchasing.
If you change your mind after purchasing, you may request a full refund within 14 days, provided you have not made substantial use of the platform.
We treat substantial use as attempting more than 100 of the questions in a bank, attempting a past paper, or completing more than three study sessions.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term. You can switch off renewal at any time in your account settings, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
If a renewal is charged in error because cancellation did not save, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
Duplicate payments, charges for a plan you did not select, or amounts that do not match the price shown at checkout are always refunded in full. Send us the transaction reference and we will correct it.
Email billing@royal-preps.com from the address on your account, including the plan purchased, the date of payment and a brief reason.
We aim to respond within two working days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually released by your bank within 5 to 10 working days.
